  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 each lemon, zested and juiced

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking until they are pink and cooked through.
  4. Add the asparagus and sauté for a few minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked orzo, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
