  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted recommended
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh, minced) Fresh is best!
  • 1 unit Fresh lemon Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Optional for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, keep it for up to 2 months and reheat gently in a skillet.
