Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the herb butter all over the chicken, ensuring to get under the skin for maximum flavor.
  4. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
