- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, placing them in a medium bowl.
- Using a fork, mash the yolks until smooth and creamy.
- Add the finely chopped jalapeño peppers, crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
- Generously spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg white halves.
- Optionally, sprinkle extra crumbled bacon and chopped jalapeños on top for added flavor and presentation.
- Chill the eggs in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
