- Slice the Italian bread or hoagie rolls in half.
- Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add olives on top and drizzle with Italian dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
- Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
Notes
