Ingredients
  

Cheese Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped For coating, additional chopped pecans will be used.
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Coating
  • 1/4 cup additional chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup additional chopped cranberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add shredded cheddar, crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, and green onions. Fold until mixed.
  3. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Refrigerate the cheese mixture for about 30 minutes.
Coating and Serving
  1. On a plate, combine additional chopped pecans and cranberries.
  2. Scoop a tablespoon of the cheese mixture, roll into a ball, and coat in the cranberry-pecan mix.
  3. Arrange bites on a platter and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. They freeze well for up to 2 months.
