Preparation
- Place softened cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add shredded cheddar, crumbled feta, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, and green onions. Fold until mixed.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Refrigerate the cheese mixture for about 30 minutes.
Coating and Serving
- On a plate, combine additional chopped pecans and cranberries.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the cheese mixture, roll into a ball, and coat in the cranberry-pecan mix.
- Arrange bites on a platter and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. They freeze well for up to 2 months.
