Main ingredient

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, orange juice, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves to create your glaze.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ham, saving some for later.
Cooking
  1. Tent the ham with aluminum foil and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow the ham to brown beautifully.
  3. Once heated through, remove from the oven and let it rest before slicing.
  4. Serve warm!

Notes

Pro Tip: Don’t skip basting! It’s the secret to achieving that rich, sticky layer that makes this ham truly irresistible. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge for up to a week or frozen for up to 3 months.
