  • 1 pound Pizza dough Use fresh or store-bought
  • 8 ounces Burrata cheese Torn into pieces for easy spreading
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Drizzle generously
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling on the dough
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To season the dough
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves For topping
  • to taste Black pepper Seasoning
  • optional Balsamic glaze For drizzling on top

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven as per the pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Drizzle a little olive oil on the dough and sprinkle with salt.
Baking and Topping
  1. Bake the pizza crust until golden and crispy.
  2. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  3. Tear the burrata cheese and spread it over the pizza.
  4. Drizzle honey generously over the burrata.
  5. Add fresh basil leaves on top.
  6. Season with black pepper and, if desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, let the burrata sit at room temperature before serving. Store leftover pizza tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispness. Freezing is not recommended due to texture changes.
