Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped Can be substituted with other herbs.
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons water Adjust as necessary for dough consistency.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  4. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  6. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let them cool and enjoy with dips or cheeses.

Notes

Store your crispy creations in an airtight container for about a week at room temperature or freeze them for up to a month. To reheat, place them in the oven.
