Ingredients
  

Pizza Crust
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
  • Your fave pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you adore)
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add water and olive oil, stirring until combined.
  4. Knead the dough gently for about a minute, then roll it out thin – about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread pizza sauce over the crust.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and add your favorite toppings.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  9. Slice up and dig in!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Freeze individual slices for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or toaster oven for a crispy crust.
