Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened for easier mixing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For added flavor
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh or frozen Thawed if using frozen
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Chopped fresh herbs For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until everything is well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Let the dip cool slightly before serving for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C). Consider different cheese combinations or add spices for variations.
