  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can be substituted with a plant-based yogurt for a vegan version.
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter Feel free to use almond or cashew butter for variation.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness according to preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
Serving
  1. In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if needed for desired consistency.
  2. Top with your choice of sliced bananas, chia seeds, or nuts before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge for up to 4 days. For meal prep, you can also freeze individual jars; just let them thaw overnight before eating.
