  • 1 medium onion, diced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and the cooked protein, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Notes

This soup keeps well in the fridge for up to 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
