  • 1 piece zucchini, chopped Can be swapped with asparagus or snap peas.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Fresh or frozen broccoli can be used.
  • 1 piece carrot, sliced Adds a nice crunch.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Can be adjusted based on taste.

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Throw in the bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and carrot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your healthy meal!
