Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 pieces limes, juiced
  • 1 piece orange, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Garnish and Serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

For maximum flavor, marinate overnight. Substitute lime juice with lemon for a different zing. Preheat the grill for those ideal grill marks.
