Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, olives, red onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties.
Cooking

  2. Cook the chicken burgers for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes

Leftover burgers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or on a skillet until warmed through. For added flavor, use fresh herbs like dill as a substitute for parsley. Toasting the burger buns adds a nice crunch.
