- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, almond flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Baking
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into buns.
- Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the buns cool before using them for burgers.
Notes
For best results, don't rush the rising time. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving.
