  • 2 cups bacon (thick-cut, cooked crispy)
  • 2.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese Feel free to add more cheese for extra flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the bacon, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh fruit or toast for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days in the fridge, or freeze individual slices for up to a month.
