Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Mixing
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the oil and seasonings.
Baking
- Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge, or freeze for up to a month.
