Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces chicken hamburger buns

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and grab your trusty 10-inch skillet.
  2. Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Add minced garlic and dried thyme to the onions, sauté for about 1 minute.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Lightly toast the hamburger buns.
