  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach or other vegetables (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, and any additional vegetables.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the quiche is set in the middle and lightly golden on top.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

Tip: Don’t skip letting it cool a bit before slicing; it gives it the best texture. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
