  • 4 fillets fish fillets Use white fish like cod or tilapia.
  • 1 cup non-alcoholic white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant.
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley or dill) Chop finely.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter Use for sautéing.
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
Optional Sides
  • 1 cup vegetables Steamed or roasted.
  • 1 cup rice Serve as a base.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the non-alcoholic white wine and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Stir in fresh herbs and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of veggies or rice.

Notes

For a creamy kick, add a splash of heavy cream at the end. Can substitute fish with shrimp or tofu.
