- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.

- Pour in the non-alcoholic white wine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Stir in fresh herbs and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot with your choice of veggies or rice.
Notes
For a creamy kick, add a splash of heavy cream at the end. Can substitute fish with shrimp or tofu.
