Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the jalapeño halves with the mixture, smoothing the tops.
- If desired, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
