- In a bowl, combine warm water and honey. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt and the yeast mixture to the flour, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for another 20-30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow cooling before slicing.
