Preparation
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with chopped chives or green onions, if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out a tortilla or lettuce leaf, then spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Place turkey slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the tortilla or leaf tightly and slice into pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
These roll ups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. You can also serve them with crunchy veggie sticks or a light dipping sauce.
