  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a crockpot, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, and shredded chicken.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the rice and chicken.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
  6. About 15 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.

Notes

This dish can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop for best results.
