- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and blind bake it for 10 minutes.

- Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.

- Allow it to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Allow the quiche to cool slightly before slicing to help it hold its shape. You can swap ham for bacon or sautéed veggies for variations. This quiche can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
