Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then slice into pinwheel rounds.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with an egg wash.
