Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the pastry, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then slice into pinwheel rounds.
  6. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with an egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
