Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the grated zucchini, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugars, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
