Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Let them boil for 9-12 minutes, then cool them in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and relish juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
  7. Serve at your next gathering!

Notes

For easier peeling, add a splash of vinegar to the boiling water. You can customize with flavors like hot sauce or chopped herbs. For a smoother texture, blend the yolks instead of mashing them.
