  • 300 g noodles (your choice of type) Rice noodles or egg noodles work well.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust according to taste preferences.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil For flavor and cooking.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic enhances aroma.
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1 cup broccoli florets Keeps vegetables crunchy.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • for garnish Fresh cilantro Adds freshness to the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Toss in the sliced lamb and cumin seeds, seasoning with salt and pepper; stir-fry until the lamb is browning nicely and cooked through.
  2. Add bell pepper and broccoli; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Throw in the cooked noodles and soy sauce; toss everything together until heated through.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For a bit of crunch, cook the veggies until just tender. Add chili flakes for extra heat. You can also substitute lamb with chicken, beef, or tofu.
