Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortilla wraps or slices of bread.
  2. Thinly slice the cucumber and evenly distribute the slices over the cream cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  4. Roll the tortilla or bread tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  5. Serve immediately or pack for lunch.

Notes

For best results, chill the rolls for 15-30 minutes before slicing to help them hold together better. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 2 days.
