  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven: Set it to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Vegetables: In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and spinach until soft.
  3. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add Fillings: Stir in the bacon or ham and sautéed veggies.
  5. Add Cheese: Fold in the shredded cheese for that melty goodness.
  6. Pour into Dish: Transfer your mixture to a greased pie dish or baking pan.
  7. Bake the Quiche: Pop it in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
