Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, spinach, and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder).
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
