Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Optionally, add broccoli florets to the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
Serving
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles, drizzled with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently.
