- Place the ham in a crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Pour the glaze over the ham in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
- Once done, remove the ham from the crock pot and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with the remaining glaze, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For crispy edges, broil the ham for a few minutes after cooking. This ham keeps well for leftovers; refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat low and slow to retain juiciness.
