  • 8 slices Bacon Thick-cut recommended
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy spreading
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread cream cheese and sprinkle cheddar cheese on the chicken.
  4. Wrap the chicken with bacon slices.
  5. Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
