  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, potatoes, onion, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and corn.
  2. Stir everything to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with shredded cheese if desired.

Notes

Leftovers keep well in the fridge for about 3–4 days. For freezing, cool completely and store in a freezer-friendly container for up to 3 months. Reheat on the stove or microwave.
