Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  4. Add sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust.
