- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in milk.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Once thickened, stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Mix in the cooked macaroni.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Once done, drizzle honey over the chicken and coat it with black pepper. Slice the chicken.
- Serve the mac and cheese on a plate, topped with honey pepper chicken slices.
