Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half or almond milk for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is recommended for better texture.
  • 8 ounces spiral pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish For presentation.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the spiral pasta according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of cream to maintain its richness. For variations, consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or spinach.
