Method

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and paprika, cooking until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring until combined; let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over rice or pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, consider freezing, though cream may separate upon reheating. Reheat gently on the stove.
