  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the ramen noodles and fresh vegetables, cooking until the noodles are tender.
  6. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For a zesty twist, add a squeeze of lime. You can swap chicken for tofu or shrimp, and add crunchy veggies like snap peas right before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for about a month.
