Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method

Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the salmon, skin side down, in the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Once the salmon is cooked, remove from heat and top with the creamy dill sauce.
  6. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Letting the sauce sit for a few minutes allows the flavors to marry beautifully. The salmon keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for about 2 months. Reheat quickly in the microwave or sauté in the skillet.
