Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet skin-side down.
  4. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Making the Sauce
