  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Infuses a subtle warmth and depth.
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Contributes a sweet and savory backdrop.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Adds a touch of heat.

  • 8 slices bacon Cooked and crumbled for crunch.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Gives delightful creaminess and sharp flavor.

Preparation
  1. Boil the rotini pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well blended.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the dressing and stir to combine.
  4. Gently fold in the bacon, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green onions, and celery if using.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the salad and mix gently.
  6. Let the salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

Notes

Make it ahead for better flavor. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Not recommended for freezing.
