Ingredients
  

Creamy Filling
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened Let it soften completely for easy mixing.
  • 1.5 Tbsp ranch dressing mix Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use sharp cheddar for extra flavor.
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk (optional) Add for desired consistency.
  • ¾ cup chopped cooked bacon Cook and chop beforehand.
  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken (rotisserie or canned) Leftover chicken works well.
Wraps
  • 4-5 large flour tortillas (10-inch) Can substitute with whole wheat or spinach tortillas.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch dressing powder until well blended.
  2. Add shredded cheddar, bacon, chicken, and milk if needed. Stir to combine.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll up tightly.
  4. Chill the rolls for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice into 1-inch rounds.
  6. Serve chilled. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Notes

Serve arranged on a vibrant platter for color. Pair with crunchy veggies or a spicy dip. Best enjoyed cold, but can be microwaved for a few seconds if a warm bite is desired.
