- In a blender, combine the milk, cookies and cream protein powder, banana, nut butter, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes
For a thicker shake, use frozen bananas. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in an ice cube tray for a quick smoothie pack.
