  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop cookies and cream protein powder
  • 1 piece banana Make sure it's ripe for sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (optional) Can be swapped with a different flavor.
  • as desired cubes ice cubes
  • as desired chocolate syrup (for drizzling, optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cookies and cream protein powder, banana, nut butter, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  4. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For a thicker shake, use frozen bananas. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in an ice cube tray for a quick smoothie pack.
