Ingredients
  

For the Ice Cream
  • 2 cups heavy cream Well whipped for a smoother texture
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled Add espresso for a stronger flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate cookies, crushed More cookies will enhance crunch
  • pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, brewed coffee, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk until well blended and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed chocolate cookies until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container.
  5. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Scoop and serve the ice cream, optionally garnished with additional cookie pieces or coffee beans.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Let it sit out for a few minutes before serving if it's too solid.
