- In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and ground cloves.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir constantly until the brown sugar fully dissolves.
- Let the mixture come to a gentle simmer.
- Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often, until the glaze thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Brush the glaze onto your ham during the last 30 minutes of baking, reapplying every 10 minutes for that gorgeous glossy finish.
